- Your Data Stays Private
We collect only the basic info we need: your first name, last name, email, and phone number. We do not share, sell, or distribute this information to anyone—ever. - You're in Control
Want to cancel? No problem. Just send an email to contact@mindtrack.ai, and we’ll take care of it promptly. - Permanent Data Deletion
If you’d like all your data completely wiped from our systems, just ask. We honor all deletion requests, no questions asked. - Your Responses Help Build Your MindTrack Profile
We don’t let AI learn about you. Instead, we use each of your responses to update your personal MindTrack Profile Engine™, which lives securely on our side. When generating future messages, we provide the AI a snapshot of your profile to deliver personalized responses—without revealing your private data. The AI never remembers you between prompts. - Data Security
Your information is stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit. We follow best practices to protect your data and ensure only authorized systems have access. - No Sharing
No one else can see your responses, account, or personal information. MindTrack.AI is designed to keep every user's data separate and confidential. - No Live Monitoring
We don’t monitor messages in real-time, and we don’t intervene unless you ask us to. To keep things safe and on track, each prompt receives one AI response per day—no ongoing conversations, debates, or rabbit holes. - Scoped AI Interactions Only
When we send data to the AI engine to generate a response, we only include relevant parts of your MindTrack Profile—not your personal contact info. Your name, phone number, or email are never shared unless you include them yourself in a message.
